Customer Service Winner (no loser today)

For the past few weeks, most of the service I’ve received has been mediocre.  No stand-out winners or losers.

So today’s customer service winner isn’t from my own personal experience…it’s a beautifully told story from the folks over at Simple Truths.  It shows how even a bag-boy at a grocery store can have a huge impact on the business, and the customers.  Enjoy!
