Changing the (multi) Channel

I’ve been writing for Electronic Retailer magazine for over two years now.  Mostly, I supply the “Online Strategies” column, but recently have branched out into other areas of the magazine.  This month (February, 2007), I was honored that they asked me to contribute a feature-length article.   

Since this was an issue being handed out at the 2007 eTail conference, I wrote about multi-channel marketing.  You can take a look at the article by clicking HERE
